Clear the cargo. Keep the paper trail. Sleep at night.
Royal Malaysian Customs-licensed brokers, sitting on the same operations floor as your forwarder, working the same booking. That single arrangement removes most of what people hate about customs clearance.
Every Malaysian gateway, every form, every classification challenge.
Our brokers are licensed by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia) and operate desks at the country's primary cargo entry points. Whether the consignment moves by sea, air or road, declarations are filed through SMK and uCustoms in time to release cargo on the first available appointment.
Customs services we provide
- Import declarations — K1 forms with HS classification, valuation review and duty optimisation.
- Export declarations — K2 forms with origin certification and any necessary export permits.
- Transit & transshipment — K3 movements between FCZ, LMW and bonded warehouses.
- Duty drawback — K8 reclaim filings for exports of previously imported components.
- Bonded warehouse declarations — manage your goods under deferred duty regime.
- FTA preference claims — ATIGA, ACFTA, AKFTA, AJCEP, CPTPP, RCEP and Malaysia bilateral agreements.
Permits and approvals we coordinate
Many Malaysian consignments need more than a customs declaration. Our compliance desk routinely arranges:
- MITI Approved Permits (AP) for controlled commodities and motor vehicles.
- SIRIM Certificates of Approval for products under the Malaysian Mandatory Standards programme.
- JAKIM halal documentation for processed food and pharmaceutical exports.
- MAQIS and DOA approvals for plant, animal and food consignments.
- Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) clearances for radioactive sources.
- SPSB and KKM permits where the commodity falls under controlled categories.
