How long does sea freight from Port Klang take?
Transit times depend on origin, destination and the service string. As a guide: 2-4 days to Singapore feeder ports, 14-18 days to North Europe, 20-26 days to the US East Coast. We will share an exact schedule alongside every quote.
Do you handle customs declarations in Malaysia?
Yes. Our licensed brokers process K1, K2, K3 and K8 declarations through SMK and uCustoms across Port Klang, Penang, Johor and KLIA. We also coordinate AP, SIRIM, MITI and SPSB approvals where required.
Can I track my shipment in real time?
Every consignment is assigned a booking reference that pulls together carrier milestones, customs status and warehouse activity in one dashboard. Your account manager will share access during onboarding.
What is your AOG service?
Aircraft on Ground freight is our 24/7 emergency airfreight service for aviation operators. We arrange immediate next-flight-out bookings, hand-carry couriers and customs pre-clearance to return aircraft to service as quickly as possible.
