This website is operated by Sparkium Freight Services Sdn Bhd ("Sparkium", "we", "us"). By accessing sparkium.pro you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site.
2. Website content
We curate the content of this website carefully but provide it on an "as is" basis. Descriptions of services, transit times, route coverage and case studies are illustrative — formal service commitments only exist within a signed engagement or written quotation.
3. Intellectual property
All text, photography, design elements and code on this site are owned by Sparkium or licensed for our use. You may reference our content with a link back to sparkium.pro but you may not reproduce, mirror or resell it without prior written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Submit false or misleading enquiries.
- Attempt to interfere with site availability or security.
- Crawl the site at a frequency that imposes unreasonable load.
- Use scraped content for advertising, lead generation or AI training without our written consent.
5. Quotations
Quotations issued by Sparkium are valid for the period stated, are subject to space and equipment availability, and may be revised in response to currency, fuel or carrier surcharge movements documented at the time of revision.
6. Engagement & trading conditions
Where you engage Sparkium for a freight service, the engagement is governed by our Standard Trading Conditions (STC), which align with the FIATA Model Rules. The STC will be provided on first engagement and incorporated by reference into the booking confirmation. They cover liability, lien, insurance, dangerous goods, declared value and indemnity.
7. Limitation of liability for website use
For website use itself (as distinct from contracted freight services), our maximum liability for any claim is RM 500, even where we have been notified of the possibility of larger losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
8. External links
We sometimes link to external websites for reference. Sparkium has no control over external content and accepts no responsibility for it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Kuala Lumpur unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
